Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Role-Specific Accountabilities
-
In the field, identify, design and implement new ways of doing business to streamline processes and drive process efficiencies for front/back end.

Track and measure PBOF success of implemented process improvements.
-
Participates as Franchise Relations ambassador on all all appropriate committees and new projects as required, to ensure the voice of the stores is considered/represented to allow other business units to meet or exceed expected outcomes.

Design and maintain store disaster recovery plan as it pertains to Franchise Operations

Plan and create annual asset protection program for building equipment and inventory assets to ensure work processes and management systems are in place
Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Required Knowledge & Skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

5 + yrs of Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process.

Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently

Process mindset with a strong understanding of continuous improvement

High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.

Ability to communicate in person, virtually, Teams chat and via email to all areas and levels of the organization.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Bilingual English and French

College Diploma, University degree in Business or related discipline is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
