Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising / Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating organized, visually appealing product displays while delivering excellent customer service.
As part of our retail team, you will play a key role in maintaining store presentation, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to grow into a full sales position over time based on performance, initiative, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Ensure products are stocked, displayed, and presented attractively on the sales floor
- Complete price changes, product tagging, shelving updates, and promotional display setups
- Process shuttle deliveries, truck shipments, and drop shipments accurately
- Maintain organized showroom and warehouse inventory
- Assist customers with product questions and direct them to the appropriate team members when needed
- Work with planograms to maintain and update product displays
- Participate in required training and certification programs
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve store layouts and merchandising strategies
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Previous merchandising experience (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent related experience
- Interest in developing into a retail sales role
