Main Responsibilities:
Lead the roll out of Global packaging projects in the assigned Zone/Country, in line with central requirements and guidelines
Ensure implementation of cost competitive industrial solutions managing risk and taking full responsibility for quality of delivered output.
Lead the local development starting from the brief received of specific packaging projects dedicated to the Region, within the framework of the agreed innovation pipeline
Explore and develop new packaging technology required to support innovative packaging design through partnerships with leading edge suppliers.
Deploy and share best practices across the Regions.
Optimize existing projects to improve sustainability, efficiency, risk and cost
Collaborate through various company functions to problem solve and improve project flow

Who we are looking for:Computer Systems:
Knowledge of SAP

Knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Understanding of Design programs i.e Autocad, Illustrator, ArtiosCAD)

Knowledge of Palletization program (i.e. CAPE)

Knowledge Requirements:
Knowledge of packaging design

Understanding of multi - packaging material –i.e corrugated, paperboard, plastic, film, molding

Knowledge of packaging test methods

Knowledge of production process including phases, cycles, production models and Ferrero information systems related to production

Knowledge of packaging machinery

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to deal with people from all levels & different departments

Project management and risk assessment skills

Strong math and analytical skills

Strong organization skills

Ability to work in both a team environment and independently

Ability to make educated decisions

Accountability and reliability

Graduate of the Industrial Packaging Program is preferred
