Your key responsibilities
Refreshing and reinventing our digital ecosystem to showcase EY to the market
Conceiving, creating and executing industry-leading, integrated digital strategies with a data-informed, performance-driven approach in support of our brand, services, segments and solutions
Assessing and then integrating the right strategic tools and capabilities into our marketing mix (including but not limited to retargeting, geofencing, and more from across the martech realm)
Connecting the digital elements of our brand, marketing and communications with our offline efforts to strengthen execution across the board
Managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and bridging between sales and marketing to embolden our combined efforts
Managing and allocating paid media budget to grow aided and unaided awareness, while connecting the dots between initiatives across our matrix organization for maximum benefit
Continuously exploring emerging opportunities for all things digital to harness the power of what’s out there, and baking new thinking into our marketing efforts
Playing the part of digital evangelist within our BMC team, and helping to cultivate a digital mindset
Leading and mentoring a team of direct reports
Skills and attributes for success
Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills plus a flare for the creative
Organized and articulate, with impeccable attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, yet dynamic work environment and able to multitask on a variety of different projects with strong project management skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or digital marketing
7+ years of experience creating, implementing and measuring high-quality digital campaigns and programs built around solid content
B2B or agency experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of martech capabilities spanning platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Marketo, email marketing, CRM, etc.), production (content marketing, SEM/PPC, marketing automation, SEO, benchmarking, media plan design, etc.) and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
Deep understanding of how to assess and align the right martech capabilities with a given company’s key audiences, buyer groups and priorities to make the best possible impact
Experience leading a team and mentoring direct reports
