Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of client service
- Continue to nurture relationships with peers through collaboration with all associates
- Cultivate / foster long term continuous business relationships with clients, consultants and vendors
- Perform and execute interior design deliverables following Truong Ly Design Inc. standards for all deliverables
- Learning and practicing site verifications, document existing conditions for the preparation, inventory of furniture and equipment assets
- Learning and practicing to successfully perform and execute complete interior design services from idea exploration, information gathering, concept vision, schematic design, design development, working drawings, specifications, construction coordination, and site installation (décor)
- Participate in team meetings and presentations
- Participate in meetings between designers and clients
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples as required
- Identifies personal and professional developmental needs on an annual basis
- Ready to learn the process of the entire organization, its products and services
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; modifies approach or method to best fit the situation; manages frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing with the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) or ready to register themselves with ARIDO
- Graduate of a CIDA accredited College or University diploma or degree program in the field of Interior Design
- Proficient with current software versions of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (with rendering plug-in), Adobe, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, Dropbox
- Must demonstrate a commitment and dedication to the work assigned to them
- Must demonstrate out of box creative ideas
- Problem solving skills and innate pro-activeness
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficient in organization and time management skills
Work Setup: Remote/Hybrid
Work Timing: 8 hours a day/40 hours a week/As driven per assigned project needs
