Responsibilities:
- Diagnose concerns by interpreting the user’s observations.
- Access manufacturers' service manuals and bulletins and use specialized tools and testing devices to locate the issue (s).
- Maintain appliances by disassembling, cleaning internal parts, replacing faulty or worn parts, reassembling and testing.
- Communicate with on-site managers for the purposes of estimates, the proper use and care of their appliances.
- Prepare work orders, complete reports for billing, and maintain records for parts inventories and future service calls.
- Always maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.
- Observe traffic rules and regulations while driving company vehicles.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment while at the worksite.
- Communicate with the Parts Manager to provide the most accurate and timely solutions to the customer.
What you bring to the table:
- Calgary residency.
- Passion for achieving exceptional results and eagerness to learn.
- Appliance Repair Journeyman Certificate.
- Refrigeration and Mechanic Certificate (Asset).
- Driver license. Clean Abstract.
- 3 years of experience.
- Positive demeanor.

Salary: $30.00-$50.00 per hour based on certifications and experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
