Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Create Patient/Customer Rapport
- Provide excellent customer service
- Spread the Eye Plus culture in a genuine way with our patients
- Find the best and most suitable products for our patients
- Pretesting patients prior to them seeing the optometrist
Skills & Experience:
- At least 1-year experience in retail or customer service role
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy
- Respectful of different ideas, opinions, and personalities
- Enthusiastic and ensures a positive work environment
- Proactive, driven and a team player aiming to improve yourself and those around you
- Optical experience required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
