Job Summary
Currently seeking Door Person at STANLEY'S PUB, located below the Bella Vista. Eligible candidate's must also be willing to do some Busing shifts. Stanley's is a friendly neighborhood pub operating 7 days a week with great staff and friendly regular customers. Closing hour are Sunday to Thursday 12 midnight and Friday and Saturday night 3am. This job is well suited as a second part-time job and/or also for a mature post secondary student (over 19 yrs.).
Door Person shift responsibilities include greeting all our customers at the door and checking ID's for NLC 19 years or over and maintaining maximum compacity guest numbers. Alternately when scheduled for a Bus Person shift, the successful candidate will assist the bartender by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the pub. Candidates for this position must be Attentive Monitors throughout the pub.
We are looking for an employee that is a team player, who will support the bartender and calmly address and diffuse potential problems before they occur. The employee for this position must be confident, personable and have a relaxed, but appropriate work place sense of humor and speak the English language fluently. Part-time scheduled hours are primarily evenings, during both weekends and weekdays. Stanley's staff practice tip sharing as additional income.
