About the Opportunity:
A top-producing Real Estate business in Vernon, BC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-focused environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are key and hours are flexible and you can work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all transaction files from listing to completion, offers both incoming and outgoing including paperwork and compliance documentation are required.
- Input and update listings on AOIR Matrix MLS® and other marketing platforms.
- Obtain Titles and property info using MyLTSA, BC Registry, Municipality GIS etc.
- Coordinate photography, signage, showings, inspections, appraisals, and client appointments.
- Handle client communication via phone, email, and text in a professional manner.
- Support marketing initiatives including social media by designing and using Canva and Design software for imaging, newsletters, and feature sheets.
- Provide monthly and annual reports and information to clients.
- Some rare face to face activity and site visits may be required so a vehicle is occasionally required.
- Maintain database and track follow-up activities.
- Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.
- General administrative support as needed.
- Be available and flexible as the job requires variable hours and days of work.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in the BC Real Estate business & knowledge of transactions that occur are required .
- Knowledge and experience with WebForms and AOIR Matrix are a requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of the English language and mathematical skills are required .
- Experience with of Canva, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent) & Photo editing software are important for the position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Tech savvy with social media, FaceBook, LinkedIn, Instagram Microsoft Office, Email and other types of software/apps are important factors.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism is required.
- Previous or existing Real estate licensing is an asset.
