The on site Parts / Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, supporting field technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
This is a HANDS ON job. Physical lifting of motors, doors, and glass. Order fulfillment with NO RF scanners, ETA follow ups, purchasing, and daily interactions with technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Replenish technician stock based on daily service tickets.
- Track inventory and tools issued to service vehicles.
- Assemble and deliver parts for new jobs or estimates (electrical/motorized)
- Conduct physical cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Lifting of physical products up to 50lbs
- Generate reports on inventory, orders, and discrepancies
Qualifications
- Education: DCS / DEC (preferred).
- Must over 25 years of age for fleet insurance and have full G license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory or parts coordination
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in trades industry preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computers
- Ability to lift and move heavy items ( doors/motors) up to 50lbs
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- License: Valid G Driver’s License & clean abstract - G2 is not acceptable
- Other: must be able to provide a clear criminal background check
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
