Pacific Paving Ltd is a growing Civil Construction firm specializing in Grading, Paving, Concrete and Site Servicing. With over 65 years of construction experience we pride ourselves on the excellent reputation we have built and maintain our mission to provide exceptional service and workmanship.
We currently have an opening for a 6 month contract full-time Junior Supervisor to join our team.
Minimum 5 years of work experience civil construction
Ability to read drawings, & grades for parking lots (London area)
Must be able to lead a team on a daily basis
Ensure all aspects of the daily work is performed, materials ordered, trucking arranged and proper equipment on site as required on a proactive basis
Ability to communicate with forepersons, employees, supervisors and senior management on the daily production and relay any issues in a timely manner
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project. (AutoCAD is an asset)
Must have a clean driving record and a valid G driver’s license, travelling is required
Compensation:
$ 40.00 per hour depending on experience, car allowance and fuel reimbursement
Position may lead to a full time position if the proper candidate is found
