Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated framing Carpenter to join our small construction team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or 4 years framing experience. You will be working with an expert custom home builder framer that has 40 years experience.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Construct, install, repair, and restore wood structures and homes using hand tools and power tools.
- Utilize woodworking skills for custom carpentry projects and detailed work
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or related trades with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, and framing techniques
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and standing for extended period.

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
