Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote product visibility
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Utilize strong phone etiquette for outbound calls or follow-up communications
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and complete daily responsibilities efficiently
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for engaging diverse customer bases
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Proficiency in product demos and technical sales techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
