Tyrannosaurus Exploration Services is seeking Second Cook / Advanced First Aid (formerly OFA Level 3) attendants to work in remote exploration camps throughout Northwestern Canada.
This is a dual-role position, combining responsibilities as both an Advanced First Aid (AFA) Medic and a Second Cook. When not performing first aid duties, you will support an experienced Head Chef in the camp kitchen.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Prepare baked goods, desserts, sandwiches, and a variety of snacks
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and dining areas
- Follow daily direction and scheduling set by the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
- Stay proactive - when tasks are complete, identify where support is needed and step in
- Maintain a valid AFA (OFA 3) certification and be capable of performing as a remote camp medic
- Provide advanced first aid care, including treatment of minor injuries and management of serious medical and traumatic emergencies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked first aid treatment area
- Keep accurate and up-to-date first aid records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
- Ensure first aid equipment meets or exceeds Occupational Health and Safety standards
- Familiarize yourself with site-specific Emergency Response Procedures (ERP), including medical evacuation protocols

- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
