Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Technician

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to support quality assurance and inspection activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
What's the Job?
- Perform set-up, in-process, final, and rework inspections and testing.
- Record inspection and audit results while maintaining accurate quality documentation.
- Follow established quality procedures, control plans, and work instructions.
- Verify products meet engineering drawings, schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing specifications.
- Prepare Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and process waivers for non-conforming materials.
- Complete quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct layout inspections and coordinate off-site testing through Lab Test Requests.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with identifying and resolving quality issues to ensure compliance with customer and manufacturing requirements.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, and off-hours as required.
- Professional communication skills when interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications
