Our client is looking for a Ticketed Field Glazier to oversee high-end installation projects in residential and commercial settings. This role is field-focused, involving collaboration with builders and top-tier trades to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of thermally broken aluminum window and door systems on-site.
- Improve installation standards, training, and field practices for better project outcomes.
- Work on architectural, luxury, and multi-family construction projects.
- Interpret and execute installations based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Conduct site assessments, layout planning, and sequencing for installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and performance requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, builders, and other trades to align on project goals.
- Mentor junior installers and apprentices to support their professional growth.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.

Qualifications
- Ticketed Journeyman Glazier certification.
- 5+ years of field installation experience.
- Experience with aluminum window and door systems, including commercial and multi-family projects.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Abille to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions and at heights.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
