Job Summary
The Emerald Kitchen Solution is an Edmonton-based direct sales business. We specialize in high-end, health-focused cookware systems through interactive, live cooking shows and in-home demonstrations. As our customers buy our products, many transition into becoming independent sales consultants who earn commissions.
We are expanding our local team and looking for a structured, energetic Sales Supervisor to organize our field operations, coach our shifting network of consultants, and keep our day-to-day administrative workflow moving smoothly.
Duties
- Team Coordination: Schedule and supervise our independent sales consultants and product demonstrators to ensure reliable coverage for local bookings and events.
- Territory & Show Planning: Assign team members to distinct regions across Edmonton for cooking demonstrations and coordinate setup logistics for home shows.
- Transactions & Warranty: Approve customer sales paperwork, finalize finance options, and handle any warranty claims or product returns cleanly.
- Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer feedback, solve product issues, and quickly handle shortages of essential kitchen demonstration gear.
- Inventory Control: Track physical stock levels of our high-end cookware sets and place orders with corporate suppliers so our inventory never runs low.
- Performance Reporting: Write and submit weekly administrative tracking logs detailing team sales volumes, event leads, and consultant tracking records.
- Training & Onboarding: Recruit and train new consultants on health-focused cooking methods, product features, and client demonstration techniques; monitor their progress in the field.
- Quality Checks: Audit off-site cooking presentation spaces to ensure all staff meet high standards for brand image, visual layout, and food hygiene guidelines.
- Core Base Operations: Manage the daily opening and closing of our local workspace, take delivery of shipments, and step in to assist with live culinary presentations when bookings pile up.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
