## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
## Duties
- Help with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen staff in meal preparation and service
- Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with cooks and chefs to ensure timely and accurate food production
## Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
Start with one week (with option to extend)
