The Opportunity
You’ll provide comprehensive nursing care for a small number of clients in their homes, building meaningful long-term relationships while helping them live comfortably and with dignity.
You’ll help clients by:
- Assessing health status and monitoring for changes
- Administering medications and treatments
- Managing pain and other symptoms
- Supporting nutrition and safe swallowing
- Promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Collaborating with other caregivers, physicians, families, and the Care Manager
- Helping prevent avoidable complications and hospital visits
Schedule and Compensation
- $45 per hour
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- We offer a variety of 12-hour day and overnight shifts, seven days per week. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that matches your availability.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration in Alberta
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Eligibility to work in Canada

Other assets (not mandatory) include experience with palliative care, supporting clients with Parkinson’s disease, and community nursing.
