About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining influencer marketing and project coordination. You will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing relationships with creators while helping keep key marketing initiatives organized and on track.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to execute across multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Influencer Management
- Source and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors
- Coordinate product seeding, gifting campaigns, and paid partnerships
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms
- Track creator performance and identify opportunities to scale top-performing partnerships
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with brand guidelines
- Maintain an organized influencer database and outreach pipeline
- Monitor trends, creators, and competitor campaigns within the wellness and consumer products space
Project Coordination
- Track ongoing marketing projects and creator campaigns from start to finish
- Follow up with internal team members and external partners to ensure deadlines are met
- Organize timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple initiatives
- Assist in executing product launches, campaigns, and brand partnerships
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive projects forward
- Maintain project management systems and ensure information stays organized and up to date
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, project coordination, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Self-starter who proactively solves problems and moves projects forward
Nice to Have
- Experience managing influencers, affiliates, or creator partnerships
- Experience with Shopify Collabs, Aspire, Grin, Modash, or similar influencer platforms
- Experience with Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or other project management tools
- Background in DTC, e-commerce, consumer brands, or wellness products
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator economy trends
- Experience coordinating product launches or marketing campaigns

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour
