We are actively looking for Experienced Owner Operators, preferably with their own reefer trailer and Outside Carriers to fill our cross-border positions operating out of Kingsville, ON. Candidates will be operating with a 53’ trailer performing FTL and LTL transportation services of produce. We have multiple U.S. lanes, primarily ranging from East Coast, Florida, and Upper Mid West
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Expectations:
· Perform daily routine vehicle inspections as per MTO requirements
· Operate within industry regulations
· Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment
· Comply with all company policies and procedures
· Punctual
· Transport product in a safe and efficient manner from customer to customer
· Complete required company documentation
· Communicate with dispatch in accordance with company policy
· Measure, set and monitor temperature of reefer to customer specifications
Requirements:
· Must have a valid AZ license
· Reefer/produce experience
· Must have good driving record
· Possess excellent customer service skills
· Employ exceptional hygiene habits
