Role Description
The B2B Sales Development Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities with clinics and healthcare organizations. This role includes prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via email, phone, and social channels, and scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team. The SDR will research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor messaging to address their specific needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and providing feedback on lead quality and market trends. The role requires consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and a structured approach to meeting activity and conversion targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to effectively identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clinic and healthcare organization accounts.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to support opportunity creation, consultative conversations, and handoff to closing teams.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, outbound sales tools, and managing a structured pipeline is beneficial.
- Background in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance metrics.
- Comfort engaging with clinical and operational stakeholders; prior experience selling into healthcare or clinics is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: $75,500.00-$124,096.46 per year
