We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who loves building brands, generating leads, improving search rankings, launching campaigns, and using AI to move faster. Every week is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting products with real impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
You will lead marketing initiatives across multiple brands and products, including:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple companies.
* Plan and manage SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and rankings.
* Create and optimize Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
* Develop social media strategies and content calendars across multiple platforms.
* Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
* Improve website conversion rates through landing pages, A/B testing, and analytics.
* Work with AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign management, and workflow automation.
* Coordinate with designers, developers, and sales teams to launch marketing initiatives.
* Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities.
* Help launch new products and bring new brands to market.
* Build scalable marketing systems that can support multiple businesses simultaneously.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
* Strong understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO).
* Experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
* Strong copywriting and content marketing skills.
* Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation.
* Experience managing social media across multiple brands.
* Comfortable interpreting data and making marketing decisions from analytics.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
