We are looking for an energetic and detailed orientated person to join our technical support team. In this roll you will be the first touch point for customers on the technical team and maintain progress of customer issues to resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers over the phone, in person or via email.
- Diagnose issues, Resolve issue or book service call.
- Assist with technical issues for on site installation or repair technicians.
- On-call rotation (once every 5-6 weeks).
- Other Duties as required.
- IP troubleshooting for smaller network setups.
- Managing customers with a CMS / Ticketing system
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot of various hardware product types of in the AV + security market (i.e. Drive through technologies, Sound Systems, Security Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, etc).
- Bilingual (French & English) is required.
- Training material and vendor support available for most supported hardware.
