As Cogsdale's training coordinator you will be responsible to work the consulting team and customers to help understand and identify training needs and mapping out development plans customers for our various product lines. The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and tracking all training materials.

Map out training plans, agendas , end user training material for all Cogsdale modules
Design and develop training programs including hands on, e-learning, etc
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
Design, prepare educational aids and materials including but not limited to class agendas, course catalogs, training exercises, elearning courses
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
Develop, track and maintain CPE program
Experience in the utilities market an asset
