Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Childing Minding professional to join our team! In this role, you will provide attentive care and engaging supervision for children, ensuring their safety and happiness during their time with us. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s lives while supporting their development through nurturing caregiving, early childhood education, and playful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children during classes, activities, and free play, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
- Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and needs
- Assist with setting up and cleaning activity areas to ensure a tidy, safe space for all participants
- Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns or incidents promptly to management
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage confidence, independence, and joy
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
- Strong background in teaching or early childhood education principles
- Demonstrated ability to care for children with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices and child development stages
