Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioral Interventionists (BIs) to work directly with children and youth under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behvavioral therapy at 3190 Toroto Street. Coquitlam. The BI will implement individualized behavior intervention programs and collect data to support client progress.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one intervention sessions at home setting in 3190 Toroto Street. Coquitlam. Travelling compensation is provided per visit.
- Preferably 8:30-10:00am on weekday or weekend
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising clinician.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Support the development of communication, social, play, self-help, and behavioral skills.
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and youth is preferred.
- Education in related fields is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
- Valid Criminal Record Check required.
