Job Duties
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform the repair.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Automotive repair training and experience in electrical and electrical systems.
- Journeyman Red Seal
- Ford experience a must
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment.
- Strong aptitude for technical/electrical repairs and problem solving skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and work ethic.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and ability to use power and hand-held equipment.
- Experience working on Ford specific vehicles would be considered an asset
- Work in a team atmosphere

Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
