As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
Have the confidence and willingness to work in the community
Create and/or contribute to excellence in the patient and stakeholder experience
Lead patients through individualized care plans – accurately assessing, communicating and providing treatment to facilitate goal attainment for the patient
Liaise with referral sources and funders to build relationships and ensure patients’ needs are met
Provide written reports ensuring all documentation is aligned with College and CBI standards
Contribute to the team through collaboration, demonstrating passion for the work you do and using good judgement and integrity in decision making
Provide ongoing evaluation of patient progress
Engage in continuous learning and skills development
Master degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Registration in good standing with CASLPO
Experience preferred; mentorships offered as able
Valid Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Weekend availability (participation in shared on-call roster)
