Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Window Film Installer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. This role is ideal for a skilled installer looking for flexible work opportunities throughout the year.
The successful candidate will primarily support commercial and residential window film installations during our busy summer season, with the opportunity for ongoing on-call work throughout the winter months as projects arise.
Responsibilities
Install various types of window films, including:
Solar control films
Privacy films
Decorative films
Safety and security films
Prepare glass surfaces for installation
Measure, cut, and apply film with precision and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and professional work environment on job sites
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
Qualifications
Preferred:
3M Window Film Installation Training or Certification
Experience installing 3M, LLumar, Solar Gard, Avery Dennison, or similar products
Required:
Previous professional window film installation experience
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift materials and work on ladders when required
Schedule
Project-based contract work
On-call availability preferred
Increased workload during spring and summer months
Ongoing opportunities throughout fall and winter for qualified contractors
