Job Summary:
Precise ParkLink is seeking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and active problem solver to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for all administrative functions required to support our sales and marketing endeavours, working collaboratively with staff within the Sales and Marketing teams and other internal departments in order to complete administrative tasks while using their experience assist with the improvement of these processes.
Location: 100 Floral Parkway, North York, ON M6L 2C5, Position is in-office.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00a.m-5:00p.m

Sales Administration
- Place internal orders for all client and sales-related needs, track and log sales and customer lists, support miscellaneous tasks as they arise
- Direct liaison for marketing-related support and requests
- Direct liaison for communications with Finance department
Marketing Administration
- Marketing lead management: conduct Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) process, maintain corresponding Hub Spot CRM, generate report on leads three times a year, assist with Hub Spot onboarding and training
- Marketing administration: place internal orders and process payments for all marketing-related needs, maintain marketing budget, support with miscellaneous tasks as they arise
- Event administration: sponsorship and event registrations, ordering event collateral (banners, handouts etc.), process payments internally, coordinate shipping and receiving for event material, support logistics for annual signature event
Qualifications (education/skills/experience):
- Completed post-secondary education in business administration, marketing or other similar field
- Strong written communication skills in English and ability to understand technical information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Proficient computer skills § Valid driver’s license is preferred
- 1 year professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
Direct Report:
The Sales & Marketing Administrator will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications. During her maternity leave, they will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
