Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales & Customer Service Associate to represent our automotive interior detailing services at our outdoor promotional location at CrossIron Mills. Working from an outdoor tent setup, the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a sales-focused environment, and possesses strong organizational and administrative skills. The position requires working outdoors for the duration of scheduled shifts in varying weather conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on available service packages and recommend solutions based on their needs.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments using company software systems.
- Process payments accurately and maintain transaction records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service details as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional outdoor sales area and tent setup.
- Work closely with detailing staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, reception, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience using scheduling, booking, CRM, or business management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage customers and generate sales.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with customers throughout the day.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
