Licensed Residential Property Manager & Client Acquisition
Downtown Vancouver
We are looking for a Licensed Residential Property Manager to join our growing team in Downtown Vancouver.
Please apply only if you hold an active Property Management license or have completed the licensing exam.
This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines property management operations with business development. If you prefer being out in the field meeting owners and tenants rather than sitting in an office all day, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and bring on new rental properties
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners
- Market and lease vacant units
- Conduct property showings and screen prospective tenants
- Prepare leases and oversee move-ins and move-outs
- Complete condition inspections
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular interior and exterior inspections
- Perform minor maintenance when needed (changing lightbulbs, tightening hardware, etc.)
- Coordinate and report maintenance issues to the team
- Attend fire inspections and preventative maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate property files and documentation
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with senior management
Requirements
- Active Property Management license (or exam completed)
- Previous property management experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organization and time management
- Clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using Slack, Dropbox, and mobile communication
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible schedule (evenings and occasional weekends may be required)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Property Manager License from the BCFSA (required)
