In addition to dine-in and take-out service, we offer catering and a curated marketplace featuring local beer, wine, and seltzers.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Team Member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are dependable, positive, and willing to learn, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with food preparation and packaging take-out orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Restock supplies, beverages, and marketplace products as needed.
- Support catering preparation and event orders when required.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Food handling certification is an asset but not required.
