This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with strong SAP experience of at least 7 years across solution delivery, including both implementation and sustainment with at least 4 years in providing senior level guidance in complex enterprise environments. This role requires someone who can take ownership, lead by example, mentor team members, and help establish a collaborative and scalable engineering culture. The candidate should be technically strong while also promoting knowledge sharing, documentation, and teamwork.

Strong hands-on experience with Success Factors (SF) including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Benefits (ECB), and Employee Payroll (ECP) with hands-on experience in supporting payroll integrations and workforce management systems such as Workforce Software.
- Hands on expertise with modules such as Success Factors, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Concur and Workforce Software.

Proven experience in designing, implementing and supporting SAP Integrations using modern integration patterns and platforms including APIs, middleware and SAP Integration Tools.

Strong functional expertise in HR and payroll with working knowledge or experience in finance and procurement process (eg. GL, AP/AR, Procure-to-Pay)

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Concur implementation or solution design.

Hands on experience with ITSM Framework aligned with ITIL principles, including incident, problem, change and release management.
- Strong technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite and API-based integration architecture.

Practical experience using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and SAP4Me for ticket management, workflow automation, and service delivery including integration with SAP environments.

Experience with enterprise governance and delivery frameworks including familiarity with SAP Activate, COBIT or similar methodology.

Understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, segregation of duties, active controls and data governance within SAP Environments.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, perform root cause analysis and deliver practical, scalable solutions across functional and technical domains.

Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience with vendors, implementation partners, AMS providers and cross-functional teams with the ability to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on-delivery and operational support, ensuring both immediate issue and long-term solution sustainability.

Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environment.

Familiarity with Canadian HR Policies, Regulations and Payroll rules

Experience in supporting, integrating or implementing enterprise applications such as Warehouse Management systems (WMS), SAP ARIBA, Construction Project Management (SPM) solutions, Capital Budgeting Forecasting (CBF) Systems or Annual Business Budgeting (ABB) platforms is considered a strong asset.
