TNB Grounds, a Division of TNB Excavation Inc., is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to oversee the daily cleaning, inspections, and overall appearance of a residential condominium property in Collingwood.

Responsibilities
Building Cleaning
- Clean and disinfect lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and all common areas
- Vacuum and wash common area floors
- Clean interior glass, entry doors, and accessible windows
- Maintain garbage and recycling rooms in a clean and sanitary condition
- Clean and prepare the party room after bookings
- Clean and restock the common washroom
- Remove cobwebs and dust common areas
- Keep the janitorial room clean, organized, and fully stocked
Waste & Recycling
- Move garbage, recycling, and organics for scheduled collection
- Prepare bins for pickup
- Wash and disinfect garbage and recycling bins
- Maintain clean and organized garbage staging areas
Property Inspections
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property damage to Property Management
- Maintain daily inspection logs
- Ensure the property is consistently clean, safe, and presentable
Exterior Care
- Keep entrances, walkways, and outdoor common areas free of litter and debris
- Water seasonal planters as required
- Maintain dog waste stations
Resident Service
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents
- Coordinate elevator bookings during regular working hours
- Communicate effectively with Property Management regarding building concerns
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, condominium, or commercial cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with reliable transportation
- WHMIS certification is an asset
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
