In Talent Acquisition we are consistently looking to improve the service we deliver to our internal clients, by innovating not just in how we deliver recruitment, but also how we look to engage a diverse and expanding candidate pool and positing SimCor p as an employer of choice.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who can drive our strategic talent acquisition hiring across our Americas Commercial and Professional Services business areas. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent continuous recruitment model to support SimCorp’s significant revenue opportunities whilst partnering with Commercial and Client Services leaders to deliver on future-skillset requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
As your clients are within the Commercial, Professional Services and Financial Services / Technology domain, it is crucial for you to understand the market for specialized hiring; ideally you hold experience from recruiting technical business profiles and sales individuals.

For Toronto only: The salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 CAD base. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, time off and Group RRSP/TFSA.
