THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Mechanic to join our team n Medcine Hat, AB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of natural gas engines and compressors at client locations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
The successful applicant will:
- Be a Journeyman Mechanic or Millwright
- Have excellent knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors.
- Be motivated and well organized.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Be flexible with time scheduling to meet customer needs.
- Willing to comply with all company policies.
- Have a clean class 5 driver’s license.
- Available to participate in the on-call rotation
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Steel-toe footwear and standard PPE required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
