Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 base salary plus performance incentives, benefits, and mileage reimbursement.

Strathcona Beer Company is an independent BC beverage company with roots in East Vancouver. Our portfolio includes Strathcona Beer Company, LOLO Cocktails, and Wize Spirits, along with hospitality operations in East Vancouver and North Vancouver.
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional to help grow our brands throughout the Lower Mainland.
The Role
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory through account development, customer service, new business acquisition, and brand representation.
This is a field-based role requiring regular customer visits, prospecting, product education, tastings, events, and account support.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales and distribution across all company brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and hospitality accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Increase product visibility, menu placements, and promotional opportunities
- Conduct regular account visits and territory planning
- Support tastings, events, festivals, and brand activations
- Maintain CRM records, call reports, and account notes
- Provide customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights
- Work closely with operations, production, marketing, and hospitality teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales, beverage, hospitality, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Valid BC driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Serving It Right certification is an asset
- Passion for craft beverages, hospitality, and community-driven brands
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience
