Who you are:
We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Sales Specialist to help grow the AdmitONE platform. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who loves live events, nightlife, hospitality, or music and wants to break into the entertainment tech space.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll support growth across pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, and events by introducing organizers to the AdmitONE platform. This role is hands-on and relationship-driven - blending outreach, networking, demos, and client support. You will execute outbound sales activities, run product demos, and help convert organizers into active AdmitONE partners.
You’re naturally outgoing, curious, and energized by meeting new people. Whether you’re coming from hospitality, events, partnerships, or junior sales, you’re excited to learn, build relationships, and help venues and organizers discover a better way to sell tickets.
The Fine Print:
Growth Sales Strategy

Execute outbound sales efforts to drive new organizer acquisition in the Toronto market.

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective venues and event organizers using HubSpot.

Meet monthly activity and acquisition targets aligned with regional growth goals.

Identify high-impact opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to keep AdmitONE ahead of industry trends.
Performance

Plan and execute demonstrations with clients through cold call qualified outreach.

Complete daily outbound calls, emails, and networking outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Run product demos and close new organizer leads.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, demos booked, and new organizer lead sign-ups.
Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, managing communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Align with clients on event details, pricing, and ticketing needs to secure new business.

Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including outreach, demos, negotiations, and development support.
Operational & Administrative Support

Maintain a consistent outreach schedule for internal and external organizers.

Use Google Suite and HubSpot to track activities, manage communication, and maintain accurate records.

Identify and communicate event sales opportunities to the AdmitONE team.
What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, events or partnerships.

Strong client service skills and the ability to create Positive Shareable Experiences (PSEs).

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent organizational skills, including project management and time management.

High accuracy and attention to detail across all communications and system entries.

Flexibility to work in-office or assist with guest experience on event days as needed.
Bonus if you have:

Background in live events, ticketing, entertainment, or other experience-driven industries.

Familiarity with referral, influencer, or grassroots sales programs.

This is a growth position within AdmitONE, with an annual salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, plus uncapped bonus structure based on performance KPIs and revenue goals.
