Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tire installations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring excellent customer service. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain tires on various vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to perform tire services.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns, damage, and necessary repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding tire options and services.
- Assist customers with sales of tires and related products, offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to tire installation and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for tire handling.
- Sales skills to assist in promoting tire products and services effectively.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
