Position Summary
We are seeking an Amazon Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce) with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, Amazon Seller Central, or marketplace management.
This role focuses on supporting and growing our Amazon marketplaces by managing product listings, optimizing content and keywords, improving conversion rates, and driving overall marketplace performance.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure product visibility, brand consistency, and revenue growth across Amazon platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for marketplace visibility.
- Monitor listing performance, including sessions, conversion rates, and sales trends.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, coupons, deals, and seasonal initiatives.
- Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns in collaboration with the advertising team.
- Analyze competitor listings and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure listings remain compliant with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines.
- Support new product launches from listing creation to optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon account management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and performance data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, EU).
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC, keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
- Experience with A+ Content, Brand Store management, and listing optimization.
- Understanding of private label or consumer product brands.
