PFB Custom Homes is hiring a Client Representative for our Toronto, Ontario office. Responsibilities will include establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, following up on potential leads, monitoring industry trends, identifying emerging markets and developing plans to expand revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
- Update client information in the company contact database
- Achieve annual sales, and strategic plan for assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies designed to increase sales and grow existing customer base through active prospecting
Skills, Knowledge, & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of successful experience in B to C sales
- An understanding of the home building process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; CRM proficiency a plus
- Basic knowledge of business finance
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proficiency in marketing, promotion and sales processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Ability and confidence to communicate at all levels, internally and externally in a professional manner by phone, email and face to face contact
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Results oriented, self-motivated, and has the ability to meet all deadlines
