Responsible for the fire group’s administrative tasks and provide support to the entire staff in this business division.


Process the billing;
Send out mail;
File and manage documents;
Issue certificates;
Help prepare bids;
Check outgoing inventory;
Perform credit checks;


Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Secretarial Science, Accounting or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Basic knowledge of English
One to three years of experience in a similar position
