Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and experienced Crew Leader for a Landscaping and Snow Removal company. Looking for a hard worker who loves what they do and wants to work all year. Our company is growing, we are seeking for an individual who also wants to grow with us, being a key part in scaling of operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew for general landscape maintenance, cleanups and snow removal
- Working on residential and commercial sites
- Drive a truck and towing a trailer in and around Calgary
- Ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Operate company vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with other crew leads, crew and management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Must have a Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Experience with driving a truck and pulling a trailer
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience of professional Landscaping and snow removal
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
