We are looking for a motivated Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Technician to join our wholesale nursery team.
This role focuses on crop scouting, pest monitoring, biological controls, and pesticide applications to maintain healthy plant production.
This is not just a technician role — we are looking for someone who wants to develop into our future IPM Manager within 12–24 months.

What You'll Do
- Scout greenhouse and nursery crops for pests, mites, and diseases
- Monitor sticky traps and pest populations
- Identify crop health issues and report findings
- Assist with biological control programs (beneficial insects)
- Apply pesticides, fungicides, and miticides safely and according to label directions
- Maintain scouting and pesticide application records
- Track pest trends and support pest management decisions
- Help maintain spray equipment and monitoring tools
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in greenhouse, nursery, or horticulture production
✔ Education in horticulture, agriculture, or plant science (preferred)
✔ Interest in pest identification and plant health
✔ Pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Strong attention to detail and observation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and stay organized
