Our Recovery Agents are supported by Human Dialers and advanced calling strategies designed to generate additional Right Party Contacts (RPCs).

- Paid-in-Full resolutions

- Payment arrangements
- Promises to Pay
- Other appropriate recovery solutions
We invest in creating recovery opportunities for our agents — not simply handing them a portfolio and telling them to figure it out.
IN-HOUSE LEGAL SUPPORT
MJR operates a full in-house Legal Department supported by legal counsel.
For eligible accounts, this provides our Recovery Agents with additional recovery pathways beyond traditional collection activity.
MJR has established legal recovery programs involving significant portfolios from leading organizations within the Canadian credit industry.
For experienced Recovery Agents, this means the opportunity to work quality portfolios supported by an organization with the infrastructure to pursue meaningful resolutions.

MJR offers a competitive base compensation package together with a highly rewarding commission structure.
Our experienced Recovery Agents have demonstrated the ability to generate commission results that can be two to three times traditional collection-industry commission averages.
