YOUR FIRST YEAR DELIVERABLES
Master the IT tools necessary for the execution of this position (Suite Office, SAP, Concur and the travel reservation service);
Establish a strong internal and external network related to the tasks to be accomplished.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the department head as well as to project managers;
Ensure rigorous monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual expenses in order to make precise projections (TM1).
Ensure travel logistics for the team and become familiar with managing expense accounts in Concur software;
Manage the contracts for the riders as well as the racing vehicle program;
Coordinate the shipment of goods worldwide (Canada, USA, Europe, Asia-Pacific), the necessary customs clearance and the preparation of documents;
Maintain a professional business relationship and provide world class service to various clients and prioritize emergencies.
Billing of parts and vehicles.
Manage the allocation of clothing for runners.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
College degree in office automation, professional defree (DEP) in office automation or equivalent;
18 months to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Communicate regularly in English and French both orally and in writing (4/5);
Be able to prioritize in a context where demands are flowing.
