What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a variety of complex commercial litigation files from start to finish
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court materials.
- Conducting examinations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Appearing in contested matters in court.
- Collaborating with colleagues across related practice areas.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven ability to manage complex files independently and efficiently.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A client-focused approach and professional demeanour.
- Interest in business development and relationship building.

Pay: $135,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
