Responsibilities, Experience and Requirements
- Precast production experience considered an asset
- Operate machinery and conduct quality control checks is an asset
- Assembly and reinforcement of precast elements
- Understand and follow production schedules
- Well-developed physical strength which enables to allow for heavy lifting, able to stand for long periods of time and work efficiently with their hands
- Reading experience of basic drawings required
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, twisting, and overhead reaching of heavy materials, in various weather conditions
- Meet all Safety requirements and policies
- Pre-employment drug screening in effect
